Outstanding on time service, made my 2020 500gt look great with ceramic all around. Ford made a great engine but the typical ford plastic on the inside had to be protected. Definitely recommend!

8/26/2024 - I can't say enough good things about Smith Bros Mobile Detailers! After calling multiple businesses that didn't even bother answering their phones, I was relieved when these guys picked up right away. Not only did they respond promptly, but they also provided what I considered a very reasonable quote.
Although their location was a bit out of the way for me, it wasn't an issue at all--they picked up my car and even brought it back to me at the restaurant where I was having dinner! Now that's what I call top-notch customer service.
They did an absolutely beautiful job on my brand new black Escalade, applying a wax sealant and tinting the windows. I was initially nervous about handing over my car to people I didn't know, especially since it's a brand new vehicle, but they put all my worries to rest.
Luke and his team truly understand what it means to take care of their customers, and it shows in their work. As a business owner myself, it's a breath of fresh air to see someone running such a smooth and professional operation. I highly recommend Smith Bros Mobile Detailers! Deena V.

7/29/2024 - Updated: After some scheduling mishaps, the owner reached out to me a couple times to try to make things right. Luke, the owner, was willing to have the guy go to my work, or the shop where my car was going to be. When I finally had the chance to reschedule, the guys came out and did a mini detail, steam cleaned the seats, and odor remediation. There were two guys that came out and did a fantastic job. They paid close attention to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied before taking off. This was my second time using the company and would highly recommend them. 8/12/2024 - Put a scratch in the clearcoat of out new car and then added some swirl marks when I tried to fix it...
Reached out to some detailers and Smith Bros was quick to respond, had the services I wanted and great availability. Easily set up the appointment and got updates including from the crew when they were inbound. They arrived early, and got to work. Full wash, clay bar, buffed out the scratch and then ceramic coat. Looked amazing and only took maybe an hour. Absolutely worth the price and a great value. Car still looks great 2 weeks later.
